Leather is a natural product so each patch may vary slightly and may have imperfections

Our patches are put in place using a heat activated adhesive and are now stitched on. If you have a version of our hat without the stitching and the patch becomes loose or falls off, this will be due to heat. Put the patch back in its place and cover it with a thin cotton cloth or parchments paper. The cloth will protect the patch while allowing the heat to go through to seal it to the hat. Set your iron to the cotton setting and allow to heat up for about 5 mins or until hot. Iron in a circular motion for about 15 seconds, and then make sure you go around the edges for another 15 seconds. Allow the material and patch to cool. Next, turn your hat inside out and iron the area behind the patch while applying firm pressure for 30 seconds (be sure to cover with parchment paper to protect the area. Allow the area to cool.
